Welcome to EZLINK Network ("EZLINK", "we", "us"). By using our app, website, captive portal, or any node that participates in the EZLINK Network, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
EZLINK is a people-powered Wi-Fi network. Roamers buy passes that work across trusted EZLINK nodes; hosts and node operators share their connection and earn a share of pass revenue.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any node token secure.
3. Passes, Payments & Refunds
Passes are sold on a per-megabyte and/or per-validity-window basis. Prices are shown before purchase. If a node was at fault for a failed session, you may request a refund or a complimentary replacement pass through the in-app refund flow.
4. Host & Operator Responsibilities
Node operators agree to keep their node honest: no throttling outside the published policy, no manipulation of usage reports, and no extraction of client data. Repeated abuse (including operator-fault refunds) results in suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use EZLINK for unlawful activity, to attack the network, to deliver malware, or to impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend any account or node that breaks these rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
EZLINK is provided "as is". Connectivity depends on third-party ISPs and physical hardware we don't control. Our liability is limited to the value of unused service on your account.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
